Book Your Listing Photos with the Luxury Add-on

If you're a Coldwell Banker agent, you can access this service through the Listing Concierge. Agents from other brokerages should inquire about their respective programs to gain access.

Browse the portfolios and pricing of our photographers to find the perfect match. You can request your chosen photographer through your brokerage platform or by contacting our team directly.

What is included in the Luxury Photography Add-On?

The Luxury Photography Add-On includes five editorial-style shots, close-up detail shots, and the option to highlight specific selling features of the property.

How do I know which photographer is assigned to my booking?

After booking, we will call you to confirm your order and inform you of the assigned photographer. If you have requested a specific photographer, we will check their availability and certification status.

What should I do if I have specific features I want highlighted in the photos?

You can specify any particular features you want highlighted during our initial call. Additionally, you can let us know if you prefer vertical, horizontal detail shots, or a mix of both.

What happens if the photographer I requested is not Luxury certified?

If the requested photographer is not Luxury certified, we will inform you and provide options. You can either proceed with the requested photographer (with a note on the quality difference) or choose from other certified photographers.

Are there additional fees for certain photographers?

Yes, some photographers are classified as Luxury Plus and charge an extra fee on top of the Luxury add-on fee. These photographers are indicated by an "Extra $" badge on their profiles.

How will I be invoiced for the Luxury Photography Services?

You will receive an invoice that includes the Luxury add-on fee, any additional services requested, and any applicable extra charges for Luxury Plus photographers.

How are the photos delivered, and what is the turnaround time?

Luxury photos are prioritized for editing and placed at the top of the queue to ensure early delivery. This allows time for any necessary adjustments. We aim to deliver the final images before noon the day following the photoshoot.
